Meet John Bogasky, Managing Director

John Bogasky is a business and IT executive with over 30 years experience envisioning, planning and delivering solutions for clients. John has consistently delivered significant improvements in agency effectiveness with an ability to understand client issues, craft compelling business cases, employ technology, and use strong interpersonal and communication skills to get buy-in from C-suite and stakeholders. John focuses unrelentingly on the end objective and is extremely effective in driving forward in the face of ambiguity.

Prior to co-founding Advancier, John spent 30 years with Accenture’s Public Service practice, retiring as a Senior Director. John was one of Accenture’s most experienced government program managers, leading projects for Civilian, Defense, and State agencies in a variety of functional and technical areas, managing teams as large as 300 personnel. John was the Lead Solution Architect for Accenture’s US Public Service practice and led Accenture's Legacy Application Renewal practice for North American Public Service clients.

John is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). John has held a top secret clearance. In his spare time, John serves on the Board of The Treatment and Learning Centers and volunteers for Special Olympics. John holds a BA in Economics from Kenyon College and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
